This job was done back in 1993. When I was 19, my landlord was starting a daycare center in Brooklyn NY and asked me to do some art work on the front off the building. After he saw the front, he asked me to do the inside and backyard. The job took about a week, but before the work was even dry the front had graffiti all over it.
